Like Father Like Son

Scott enjoys spending time with Hudson after a long day at work. I think Hudson is a spitting image of his Dad. Scott already has several nicknames for him, Mr. Moo, Bubba and Huddy Buddy.

Oh Christmas Tree

My sister Jenny and my adorable nephew Jackson Davis. Hudson and Jackson are only 9 days apart!!

This weekend we got our Christmas tree. We first went to my parent's house for breakfast and my mom made our favorite childhood breakfast, french toast. We usually go and chop a tree down in Camino, but the last couple of years everyone has gotten older and lazier so we have ended up at the Folsom Home Depot.

Happy 1 Month Birthday Hudson!

I can't believe Hudson is already 1 month old today. Time has flown by. He has grown so much already chubby cheeks and a big belly to rub.

Oh Happy Day!

Hudson was in an exceptionally good mood today because he got to see and be loved by both Grammies. Thank you for all your help Grammy La La and Grammy Sharon. We our so lucky to have you.

Hudson was a good sport for me while I was fussing with him trying to take these pictures. Today has been a lazy day, just trying to catch up on some extra sleep and recover from Turkey day.

Thanksgiving Day

I have so many things to be thankful for this Thanksgiving Day. I have a wonderful loving patient husband a precious sweet little son and a supportive caring family. Thank you God for all the blessings in my life. What more could a girl like me ask for?

Sweet Baby Hudson

Huddy is now 19 days old! He is growing fast already 8 lbs 6 oz. He has lips like his Dad and eyes like his Mom. We love you Hudson.

The Home's New Decor

So I decided to switch my colors from black and white to red, apple green and of course white. I had to take advantage of the extra time to redecorate the house before Hudson arrives! Thanks again mom for all your help.

The Nursey

Well the nursery is finally finished, just in the nick of time! The colors are chocolate brown, mustard yellow (Padres throwback colors) and mint green.

Well Actually 2 more days till my due date!!

My mom and I have been redecorating my house before Hudson arrives. This chalkboard wall was one of our latest projects.

A Greatful Thank You!

I don't know even how to start to say thank you to my mom for everything she has done for me especially this last month. What would I do with out her? She has been my seamstress, painter and house cleaner among many other things. Hudson's nursery wouldn't even come close to being finished or look as good as it does if I didn't have my mom's help. I love you mom!

Baby Uggs

Since the weather has gotten cooler this week I have been wearing my Uggs around the clock. They are extremely comfortable and warm and not to mention ideal for swollen cankles. I would love to be able to get some for Hudson to keep his little toesies warm this winter as well.

Waiting for their little bro to arrive

Scott and I are not the only ones anxiously awaiting the arrive of Hudson. Of course Georgia and Ella are enjoying there last few days of getting spoiled by G- Ma. Today they each got a new crochet flower for their collars from her. Only 9 more days to go... hopefully!

The count down begins.....

Only 10 more days till my due date! I can't wait for him to be here. It will make the back pain, swollen ankles and contractions worth it.
