I'm making dinner tonight for her Birthday. Chinese salad, quiche, carrot juice and chocolate cake! I found these streamers at hospice for only 50 cents each. I went on Pinterest looking for ideas on what to make with the streamers I bought. Well, here it is! I think she will be surprised!
