Couch to 5K

I truly can't remember the last time I exercised. Since Hudson started school I have a little more time to myself. I decided it's probably time to get in shape since I am in my 30's. It has been brutal and I'm even dragging Georiga to run with me. She keeps pulling me over to stop under a cool tree. Wish me luck!
